Shipping and Delivery
REALIN uses a combination of U.S. fulfillment partners and overseas production or fulfillment partners to ship orders to customers in the United States.
Some items may ship from U.S.-based fulfillment locations and are typically delivered within 4-10 business days after the order is placed.
Other made-to-order items, custom bedding designs, or items that are not currently available from a U.S. fulfillment location may ship from overseas production or fulfillment partners. These orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days after the order is placed.
The exact delivery time may vary depending on the product, destination, inventory availability, production schedule, holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Order Processing
Most orders require processing before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location. If an item is made to order, additional production time may be included in the estimated delivery window shown on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping Origin
Your order may ship from a U.S. fulfillment location or from an overseas production or fulfillment partner, depending on product availability and the destination of your order. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
