30-Day Return Window

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned bedding should be unused, clean, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging where possible.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

Used, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, a refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable where applicable.
