30-Day Return Window

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned bedding should be unused, clean, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging where possible.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

Used, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Return Method and Instructions

Returns are handled by mail. Please contact us before sending a return. Email support@realin.store within 30 days of purchase and include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Our support team will provide return instructions and the applicable return address for your order.

Do not send a return to the public Business Contact Address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so. The applicable return address may vary based on the order and fulfillment location.

Return Shipping

For eligible non-defective returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@realin.store before sending it back. REALIN will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, a refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable where applicable.
